How to boost your health condition fast and easy

If you decided to apply for a life insurance, improving your health condition could considerably lower its price, which is something your life insurance broker most likely mentioned. So let’s get better!

Staying hydrated

Do you drink enough? Probably not, even if you think so. Not taking care of proper hydration could be messy – from skin problems through troubles with concentration or even a stroke are just a few of the many possible consequences.

Since adults got used to ignoring the silent signals coming from their bodies, it’s not so easy to teach them staying properly hydrated. If you’d like to know the exact math, 10 fl oz per 16 pounds of your body weight should do the trick.

Eating less more times a day

Only three meals per day may not be the best option since your blood sugar tend to get low in periods between these meal times, often resulting in loss of concentration. What you need to do instead is to eat smaller portions more often, preferably 5 or 6 times a day.

Feeling tired after sleeping all night?

Having trouble getting to sleep? As strange as it may sound, sleeping less might be what you need. Finding out how much sleep your body in fact needs is simple. The trick is to go to sleep late and get up exactly after 5 hours. If you feel you fell asleep fast and was asleep until your alarm went off, you may add some extra 30 minutes the next night. Feel free to add 30 more minutes every night, but only as long as you sleep the whole night. Several hours of deep sleep will always refresh you more than lying in the bed all night, trying to get to sleep.

Giving up smoking

Do you know what happens in your body after you quit smoking? In only 24 hours the chances of you suffering from heart attack decrease and your nerves starts to re-grow; within 48 hours you will be able to smell and taste properly . Just 30 days are enough for you to get rid of that grueling cough and for your lungs to get back to normal (unless you already damaged them invincibly).

Don’t be alone, get a pet

If you have troubles with high blood pressure or/and heart rate, getting a pet might help you with it.
Because of more exercise that comes with owning a companion animal, your heart rate and blood pressure get back closer to the more healthy level.

More vacation

People usually take vacation in order to take a break from their every day workload. But did you know it also protects your heart? Frequent vacation decreases the risk of heart attack and you are therefore up to 8 times less likely to suffer heart attack if you go on holiday at least twice a year.

Laugh out loud

Most people guess that laughing is supposed to be good for them. But how exactly can laugh improve our health? Laugh among other good effects reduces the stress hormone and also lowers your blood pressure, because it expands your blood vessels, so you are less likely to suffer a heart attack.
